ICC World Cup 2023 Squad Revealed, No Chahal or Ashwin

India has just announced its last 15-man squad for the upcoming ODI World Cup. With less than a month to go until the tournament starts on October 5 and ends on November 19, all attention was on the press conference where India’s team was picked.

As reported by the Indian Express, the senior national selection committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) finalized the squad late on Saturday night. KL Rahul has been selected, while Sanju Samson will likely miss out.

Apart from Samson, Tilak Varma and Prasidh Krishna, who are currently participating in the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka, are also not expected to be part of the World Cup squad.
